How long does delivery take?

We ship orders twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays from our warehouse in Seattle, Washington. Shipping within the United States typically takes one to two weeks, or four to eight weeks for international orders, depending on your location. If you have any questions about your order, please e-mail us at info@curedmagazine.com.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Shipping to Canada is US $10 and all other countries is US $20.


What is the reason for the high cost of international shipping?

International shipping — even via the most basic post — is expensive. Cured magazine is also available at select retailers outside the United States, which may cut down on the cost of buying the magazine. 

 

Will I need to pay import duties?

When ordering goods for delivery outside of the United States, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Any such additional charges must be paid by you; Cured has no control over these. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for relevant information regarding these.


What forms of payment are accepted?

Cured accepts PayPal, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.


How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive two e-mails: one when your order is received and a second one when it leaves our warehouse with a tracking number included. Unfortunately, we are unable to track some orders shipped outside the United States.


What is your return policy?

We hope that you enjoy your purchase, if something goes wrong, we'll do what we can to fix it. Send us an e-mail: info@curedmagazine.com

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


What should I do if I don’t receive an issue?

Will you re-print sold out issues?

Thanks for your interest, but we do not re-print any issues that have sold out. Our magazine is offset printed, so it’s not as simple as making a few more copies.


Do you offer subscriptions to Cured magazine?

At the moment, no, but please check back with us at curedmagazine.com, where we’ll make announcements about the magazine.


How often do you publish new issues?

We publish twice a year, once in the winter and again in the summer.


Is there a digital version of the magazine?

No; as of now, we are not planning on making the magazine available in any electronic format, but we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page.
